Chickpea Breakfast Blondies
On the quest for on-the-go grain-free breakfast. Made some delicious black bean brownies the other night that seemed almost breakfast worthy (or, rather, were breakfast every day this past week… but there was a lot of chocolate/sugar involved) so now trying some new things.
These blondies from Ambitious Kitchen are ridiculous! I didn’t put in chocolate chips and I cut the maple syrup from 1/3c to 1/4c, but could probably have cut it more.
Tastes so good! May or may not make it to breakfast tomorrow…..
