Pumpkin Pie Yogurt Dip
I saw this recipe for pumpkin pie dip from Shugary Sweets which calls for a bunch of crap, like cool whip, but I thought the concept sounded interesting, and I had leftover pumpkin and yogurt in my fridge!
– Greek yogurt (about half as much as the pumpkin)
– Sweetener (I used maple syrup)
– Spices: nutmeg, cloves, allspice, ginger, cinnamon
Let sit for a while to blend the flavors
Eat with a spoon or use as a dip with fruit slices or tortilla chips
