Spiced Swordfish with Herbed Butter

Randomly I was lamenting the lack of swordfish in my life and then, thank you universe, my cousin said she was picking some up! Enter Grilled Swordfish a la Cousin Wendie:

First, she rubbed the swordfish steak with a mixture of curry powder, cayenne, garlic powder, and turmeric. (She also did this to a tuna steak)

Then, while the fish grilled, we simmered butter with leeks, chives, oregano, and jalapeños.

When we served it we poured the butter on top. Yum!
