Black Bean Breakfast Brownies

  Well, these are a better breakfast option than the Chickpea Breakfast Blondies – mainly because they’re not as delicious so they’re actually around for breakfast for the week. I basically followed Ambitious Kitchen‘s recipe, except:

– I used 3 eggs instead of 2 (which they say is an option)
– I used most of a ripe banana instead of avocado (because I didn’t have avocado)
– I cut the sugar in half
– I added in almond butter (…starting to think I was also consulting a different recipe?? unclear)
– I omitted the chocolate chips

These were edible, and pretty healthy, which was the goal.
