There’s this dosa/kitchari food truck near my new office and I have gotten the kitchari a couple times. It’s super good, and healthy, and I thought it would be easy to make. And it was! Although what I made was not so traditional.
I followed this recipe from mindbodygreen, except that I used more veggies than they called for, and could have done even more!
