Almond Butter, Banana, Coconut, Kefir Smoothie with Nutmeg and Chia

  Another one where you know from the title, but just to spell it out:

– Blend together:
— Almond butter (a couple tablespoons)
— Banana (one)
— Coconut cream or milk (about a tablespoon)
— Coconut flakes (a small handful)
— Kefir – or yogurt or something vegan if you prefer (maybe half a cup?)
— Nutmeg (a sprinkle)
— Chia seeds (a couple teaspoons)

And yes, it’s delicious!
