Quick Office Breakfast

This is hardly a recipe, but I’m so in love with it that I had to share! I’m one of those people who eats like 3 breakfasts a day, and this is definitely one of them. So quick and easy, customizable, and pretty delicious!

Basically, just top oatmeal with your favorite grocery store trail mix. You can create your own mix of nuts, seeds, and dried fruit, or put in anything else if you prefer.

Instant oatmeal is fine, but traditional oatmeal can totally be made in a microwave – as long as you have a big enough bowl and watch it closely.
