Parmesan Parsley Burgers

My friend Jess is on a mission to become a good cook, and I’d say after these she’s well on her way! We were making dinner and she had
– ground beef and
– parmesan cheese. Even though I couldn’t find a recipe to agree with me, I said we should put the parmesan in with the meat to make the burgers. She also had some
– parsley,
– onion,
– garlic,
– salt and pepper,
– and an egg.
Mixed it all together and formed it into patties. Put them in a pan with some olive oil and cooked them on both sides until they are pink in the middle. Then topped them with some
– goat cheese crumbles.
Not necessary, but a delicious addition.

I’m not sure if that’s how you traditionally make burgers, but these worked out for sure!
