S’more Tacos

Part of our July 4th Beach Weekend Extravaganza involved making s’mores on the grill.

First of all, grilled s’mores are amazing: make the sandwiches with graham crackers, chocolate, and those fancy flat s’more-specific marshmallows they’re now making, wrap them in tinfoil, and let them go for ~7 minutes until everything is melted and gooey. Definitely went over well!

But for the GFs among us, what to use instead of graham crackers? How about corn tortillas! Even wrapped up, the tortillas got crispy and chewy and delicious, and blended with the marshmallow and chocolate in a way that I think I actually prefer to the original, plus none of the crumbling and breaking you’re used to with traditional s’mores. Try it next time!
