Face Mask Smoothie

So named because you could probably use it that way, haha.

This was an impromptu combination –
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 cucumber
1 kiwi
Based on what I had lying around. And it tasted great – creamy, just the right amount of sweetness, and great flavor. And because the cucumber is mainly water anyway, I didn’t have to add any liquid. You can try putting spinach in it too if you want more green!

One personal preference I have with smoothies is that you use everything fresh, and don’t add any ice. You don’t get brain freeze, you get all the nutrients, and it doesn’t break your immersion blender!
