Apparently you can make hummus out of anything, as well (look for a post about sweet potato hummus in the future!) So many possibilities!!
I didn’t do much to change this recipe that I got from Y-I-EAT-IN via Gojee.
I added a few things, like tahini to make it creamier and cayenne and cumin to add to the flavor.
Also I used my immersion blender instead of a food processor – seriously the best appliance I own! Sorry to keep talking about it, but I will also keep talking about it.
