Spicy Carrot Croquettes
The original recipe is from TasteFood which I found through Gojee. Gojee used to be just food and drink. Now they’ve added clothes and shoes, but don’t be turned off because the food/drink part is still pretty amazing!
I used Mary’s Gone Crackers to make the breadcrumbs, instead of panko
I ended up boiling the carrots more than steaming them, and it worked out ok.
I used paprika instead of sriracha for the sauce
There are no eggs, and they still held together incredibly well! And I’m sure it would work if you substituted the yogurt for a soy or something.
