Kitchen Sink Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

This was taken from Cooking for Seven‘s recipe for peanut butter carob chip cookies.

Then we decided to use Nutella since we didn’t have chocolate chips. And used a mix of soy, chic pea and almond meal for the flour (one of my roommates is gluten-free). And we added in walnuts and coconut flakes. The result was pretty ridiculous!!
